Measuring impact

In a circular economy, we focus on more than financial profit alone. By gaining insight into ecological and social impact – both positive and negative – we can create broader value. We help organizations understand their ecological and social impact and collaborate to create an improvement plan with clear ambitions and hands-on measures.

What we can offer

We believe that insight alone does not yet lead to impact. Measuring impact is the first step toward taking action. Based on the impact assessment, we develop a plan with clear ambitions and measures.

  • We help conduct a baseline assessment to determine your current impact, showing where the greatest potential lies.
  • We identify measures to reduce impact and calculate their expected effects.
  • We also develop reduction pathways based on different future scenarios. These pathways are then compared with your ambitions, such as operating within a CO₂ budget.

For us, impact measurement is a tool for strategy development. We use our own impact model, which aligns with the GHG Protocol and fits well with CSRD requirements.

Our experience

  • Impact assessments for sport events for NOC*NSF, the KNVB and several Provinces.
  • Implementation plans for companies such as Sodexo, KPN, ERA Contour and Blauwhoed.
  • Insights into social impact and improvement potential for public organisations including the National Archives, the National Police and Enexis.
  • The FFIAT tool: developed within our research practice to map the financial consequences of unsustainable business practices.
Are you ready to do good? For now and for the future.

Together we build a future that matters. We make choices that work today and remain valuable tomorrow. We create structures that can withstand change. Because real progress begins with vision and courage.
