We choose our projects based on their potential impact. We don't stop with budget constraints. We also initiate own research to help spark the system change we so believe in.
We prefer to be rewarded for the value we deliver, not for the time we spend. That’s why we navigate several different revenue models: pay-what-you-like or bonus-penalty arrangements.
A healthy team is very important to us. Our work is demanding, which is why we have chosen a four‑day workweek to ensure there is enough space for reflection and inspiration.
Change is at the heart of our work. It is exciting and often requires making tough choices. That’s why giving trust and creating a sense of safety are so important to us. In every relationship we build - and especially within our team - trust is an essential foundation.
We see every interaction as an opportunity to share our values and knowledge. All our publications are open source. We also engage with potential suppliers to activate them in terms of sustainability.
Our mission is to create positive impact. We don’t measure our success in profits or the size of our team. But let’s be honest, measuring impact isn’t easy. To stay transparent about where we invest our energy, we publish an annual impact report.
